Job Description
- Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient use of funds and materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction promptly and efficiently.
- Regularly report on project progress to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and communication throughout the project.
