Responsible for overseeing planning, coordination, and delivery of physical security projects—including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection—for multiple client accounts. Ensures efficient project execution and clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and excels in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage security technology projects (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection) from initiation to completion
• Oversee multiple projects for various clients, prioritizing effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for seamless project execution
• Organize project timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Monitor progress, address risks, and adapt to shifting priorities
• Act as primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
• Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, and client standards
• Facilitate collaboration among technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Maintain organization and attention to detail throughout project documentation
• Adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and clients
• Travel as required, including potential international travel – not in near future

 
Preferred Skills and Quali cations

• 5–7+ years of project management experience, preferably in security solutions or related industries
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in security solutions
• Proven experience with managing physical security projects (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection)
• Able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Effective working across teams, vendors, and clients
• Detail-oriented with a customer focus
• Quick to adapt in fast-paced environments
• Willing to travel as needed, including internationally

Licenses /Certi cations
PMP certification or equivalent experience/education in technology.
