With a strong project pipeline and long-term commitment to the region, the company offers stability, career advancement, and the opportunity to help shape a growing operation.Job DescriptionSupport the delivery of a 220-unit ground-up podium multifamily development in Downtown Spartanburg. Manage project budgets, contracts, procurement, scheduling, and documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and field operations teams. Partner closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure successful project execution.
