Title: Project Manager, Corporate Website Transformation
Location: 100% remote from anywhere in the US

Role summary
Client is seeking a project manager to help coordinate its corporate website redesign and redevelopment. The role will focus on internal stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination: keeping teams aligned, surfacing decisions and dependencies, and moving work across the program’s major workstreams—from strategy and content through AEM delivery, governance, and launch.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain the integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies, and decision calendar.
Coordinate stakeholders across Corporate Affairs and partner functions, including Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Global Safety, Human Resources, Finance, Web Technology teams, and agency partners.
Coordinate delivery with vendors supporting website design and development, as well as performance analytics tagging configuration, monitoring, and reporting. Align scopes, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables with internal stakeholders.
Plan and facilitate working sessions, leadership reviews, and cross-functional check-ins; document decisions, actions, and owners.
Coordinate reviews and approvals of migrated or rebuilt content with content owners and relevant control functions; track feedback, decisions, and sign-offs through completion.
Track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, escalating them with clear options and recommended next steps.
Prepare concise status updates and decision materials for program leaders and steering groups.
Support stakeholder communications and rollout planning.
Help ensure workstreams stay connected and that agreed decisions, requirements, and standards carry through to delivery.
Qualifications
Experience managing complex, cross-functional digital, web, technology, or communications programs.
Strong facilitation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to work across seniority levels and functions.
Clear, concise written and verbal communication; skilled at turning discussion into decisions, actions, and follow-through.
Experience coordinating agencies or vendors, managing project plans and RAID logs, and preparing executive status reports.
Familiarity with enterprise content platforms, website redesigns, analytics implementation, or AEM is helpful.

Stakeholders understand priorities and responsibilities; vendor deliverables and dependencies are coordinated; content reviews and approvals progress with clear ownership; leaders have a clear view of progress and risks; and workstreams remain coordinated through launch.
Basic Qualification:
Doctorate degree and 3 years of experience OR Masters degree and 5 years of experience OR Bachelors degree and 7 years of experience OR Associates degree and 12 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 14 years of experience
