Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing and sheet metal projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and effectively utilize company operating software
• Estimate new construction and re-roofing projects
• Partner with building owners, general contractors, architects, and design teams
• Manage multiple projects while keeping senior management informed of progress
• Collaborate with the financial team on project documentation, job costing, sold work, and forecasting
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or similar role in construction
• Experience with construction software preferred (not required)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset
