Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing and sheet metal projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and effectively utilize company operating software
- Estimate new construction and re-roofing projects
- Partner with building owners, general contractors, architects, and design teams
- Manage multiple projects while keeping senior management informed of progress
- Collaborate with the financial team on project documentation, job costing, sold work, and forecasting
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or similar role in construction
- Experience with construction software preferred (not required)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset
