Are you a detail-driven project manager with experience in roofing and siding? Do you thrive on running organized, efficient jobs while delivering a top-tier customer experience? At The Third Estimate, we're looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of residential exterior projects-from takeoffs and ordering to scheduling, walkthroughs, and final completion.

What You'll Be Doing:

Own the Project- Manage roofing and windows jobs from kickoff through completion

Takeoffs & Ordering- Accurately measure, estimate, and order all materials

Scheduling- Coordinate crews, deliveries, and timelines to keep jobs on track

Budget Management- Monitor costs, control job profitability, and avoid overages

Customer Experience- Communicate clearly with homeowners and ensure satisfaction

Job Walkthroughs- Conduct pre-construction meetings and final inspections

Problem Solving- Address issues in real time to prevent delays or callbacks

Cross-Team Collaboration- Work closely with sales, production, and customer service

What We're Looking For:

3+ years experience in roofing and/or window project management

Strong knowledge of takeoffs, materials, and installation processes

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accountability

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)

Valid driver's license, clean driving record

Must have experience measuring windows

$52,000 to $58,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
