Our client is a growing construction firm with a strong presence in South Florida, delivering commercial, healthcare, institutional, and mixed-use projects. Job Description
- Lead all project management functions from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and cost controls
- Coordinate owners, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and field teams
- Oversee ground-up construction including civil, structural, and interior phases
- Ensure project goals for safety, quality, schedule, and profitability are achieved

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of Project Manager experience with a General Contractor
- Experience delivering ground-up projects valued at $60M-$70M or greater
- Background in healthcare, education, or institutional construction projects
- Working knowledge of tilt-wall construction methods
- Local South Florida experience with strong stakeholder management skills
