Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations. Manage project budgets track expenditures and ensure cost-effective delivery. Identify and manage project risks issues and dependencies. Coordinate internal resources and third partiesvendors for flawless execution. Ensure compliance with cGMP data integrity and other regulatory standards relevant to pharmaceutical manufacturing. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders including status reports dashboards and presentations. Facilitate change management and training activities related to new systems or processes. Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts.Education BS in Project Management Business or a related fieldCertification PMP or equivalentExperience 5 years managing projects preferably in a regulated industryAdditional Experience Experience with PPM tools Strong understanding of infrastructure enterprise systems and cybersecurity. Experience with project management tools e.g. MS Project Smartsheet. Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing systems and validation processes. Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships. Knowledge of FDA regulations.
