Job Description Financial Applications Project Manager Inc is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for their company wide initiatives of financial application solutions. The broadly distributed and diverse projects need a PM who can coordinate an agile development team with a focus on participatory design and broad community engagement. This position will report to the Delivery Manager.As Project Manager you will lead team on a complex small project medium size project or significant segment of a large project. The candidate will be responsible for performance cost scope schedule quality and appropriate business measurements for their projectsegment of the project according to their project charter. The candidate will work with the business team andor project team members to identify business requirements and develops andor reviews the business and functional requirement documents. Subsequently leads a team in the initiating planning controlling executing and closing tasks of a project or segment of a project to produce the solution deliverable. Execute a wide range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal through development test and final delivery.The candidate will possess a combination of strong analysis design application development and implementation skills within financial applications. This individual will work with a team responsible for the development andor implementation of enterprise wide store and corporate user based solutions. During the project lifecycle the individual will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams of users developers and QA analysts to ensure successful delivery of critical projects. The candidate must be able to work through the various phases of the projects and take it to successful completion from beginning to end.Job duties Leads and coordinates software design development and testing. Leads gathering of business requirements documentation analysis and cross-functional communications. Liaison with various Business units who will be partners on the project. Ensure the timely creation of required materials including technical specifications project and resource plans project updates and presentation materials. Responsible for risk assessment and reporting. Provides expert technical leadership to the development team. Coordinates and tracks all project deliverables milestones dependencies critical paths. Takes ownership of on-timeon-budget projects completion. Assists in managing all project resources internalexternal including budgets.
