Pay Range: $100.00 - 130.00/hr on W2
Must-Have Requirements
- 6+ years IT Project Management experience.
- Proven enterprise WFM/HRIS implementation experience.
- At least one complete UKG Pro Workforce Management / UKG Dimensions implementation or migration.
- Experience implementing business software in Mexico AND Costa Rica.
- Experience with high-volume, multi-shift manufacturing/industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of LATAM payroll, labor compliance, and WFM configuration.
- Experience with payroll/ERP integrations, UAT, and parallel payroll testing.
- PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- Bachelor’s + 4 years, Associate’s + 6 years, or HS + 8 years relevant experience.
- English required; Spanish professional fluency highly preferred.
- 100% remote; must work within Americas time zones and have a reliable home-office setup.
