PROJECT MANAGER - CONCRETE/ STRUCTURAL CONCRETE

Well-established family-owned and operated, top notch full-service Metro specialty CONCRETE contractor is seeking an experienced PROJECT MANAGER/ SR PROJECT MANAGER. Their overall specialties focus on Commercial Concrete - Structural Concrete, Cast-In-Place, Flatwork, Slab on Deck/ Grade, Elevated Slabs, Tilt-Wall, Footings, Foundations & much more. 

Key Candidate Qualifications:

• Project Management experience must include Commercial Structural Concrete Experience
• Minimum 5+ years working for a Commercial Concrete specialty sub-contractor or self-performing General Contractor
• • Projects include Schools & Educational Buildings, Offices, Multifamily, Churches, Warehouses, Medical, Retail and other Civil projects as well including Site Development and Flatwork.
• Practical leadership abilities, like motivation, goal setting, and conflict management
• Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking.
• Creative and results-oriented, with a keen sense of urgency and self-motivation.
