Job Description:
- We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of utility-scale projects across HV, MV, LV, overhead, and underground transmission lines.
- In this role, you'll also have the chance to work on distribution, private networks, and BESS projects, helping shape the future of the electric grid.
Responsibilities:- Take full ownership of project execution, from proposals to delivery
- Lead project teams through conceptual design and procurement phases
- Manage schedules, budgets, and scopes while ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Drive safety culture across all phases of the project
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to achieve successful outcomes
- Balance corporate office responsibilities with on-site project leadership (approx. 25% travel required)

Qualifications:- 10+ years in the power delivery industry with experience in substation design and execution
- Strong background in multiple phases of project execution
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (PE/P.Eng. preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong communication skills to interface across clients and stakeholders
