- Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Organize and maintain digital files and records related to marketing campaigns and advertising projects. - Collaborate with marketing team members to gather and clarify data requirements and submission timelines.
- Generate reports and summaries from entered data to assist in campaign analysis and decision-making.
- Monitor incoming data streams from online advertising platforms and ensure timely entry.
- Assist in data cleansing and updating outdated or incomplete information to maintain database quality.
- Support the creation of databases and tools for tracking advertising performance metrics.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in marketing or advertising.
- Proficiency in data entry software, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data processing.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with marketing teams and clarify data requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of marketing and advertising terminology and data types is a plus.
- Strong typing skills with the ability to input large volumes of data quickly and accurately.
