As a Project Manager, you will operate as part of our Engineering organization and play a pivotal role in driving innovation, enhancing product design, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage engineering projects, including overall integrated project plans, product cost, technical details, resource management, budgets, and tooling investments.
Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to align customer requirements with internal technical requirements.
Prepare and conduct weekly standing meetings with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to plan and track deliverables.
Balance both in-depth details and high-level executive summary regarding project specific requirements.
Drive continuous improvement of project management tools and methodologies.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal and or safety standards.
Embrace and help drive the Lean culture.
Tasks and Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in applicable field.
Excellent communication skills, proficient in English
Preferred: Recognized project management certificate, i.e., CAPM®, PMP®, or Prince 2®.
Proven experience with project management.
ERP System knowledge (SAP, preferred)
Knowledge of product development lifecycles.
Experience interfacing with cross-functional support teams.
Experience with utilizing Lean methodologies and root cause analysis.
