Project Manager- Support Launch
Onsite- Lisle
Hours: 8am-5pm 40 hours per week
Job Responsibilities:
Support Launch Director in helping manage cross-functional integration across C8R workstreams and sub-workstreams
manage our workstream deliverables and translate that into clear and actionable project management deliverables
Run Peer Reviews/Integration Workshops, as needed, across workstreams and functional teams to facilitate alignment and consolidate effective execution plans
rack Launch Readiness KPI and scorecard
se PMO tool (Adobe WorkFront) to track & manage all of C8R deliverables
orks with functional teams who delivers the work and provide feedback/guidance for senior leadership presentation & reporting
hen closer to launch, can support Q/VC build and customer order solicitation process, working with engineering, PMO & sale ops (administrative support)
Must Have's
Solid and extensive Product Launch experience.
Experience using PMO tools like Adobe Workfront, Monday.com, or Equivalent
Experience with complex product launches (non-engineering)
Experience with commercial op/business + product integration
