Globe specializes in large-scale material handling systems, automation, and integrated production equipment used in complex industrial environments.Role OverviewAt Globe, Project Managers play a key role in delivering complex industrial solutions for leading manufacturers. You'll work with experienced engineering and manufacturing teams while leading meaningful capital equipment projects from kickoff through commissioning.This role works closely with customers and internal teams across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and field services to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations.If you enjoy leading complex technical projects and working with cross-functional teams to bring large-scale equipment to life, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.Key Responsibilities Lead capital equipment projects from initial handoff through installation and startupManage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resourcesServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and field servicesMonitor project financials, change orders, and overall project riskEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetWhat Makes You a Great FitYou are an organized and customer-focused Project Manager who thrives in technical environments. You're comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing complex timelines, and keeping projects moving forward.Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environmentsExperience coordinating cross-functional project teamsStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to read technical drawings or engineering documentationPreferred Experience Experience with capital equipment or industrial automation projectsPMP certification or equivalent project management trainingFamiliarity with mechanical or electrical systemsExperience working with external vendors or subcontractors
