Description

• Manage commercial ground-up projects from award through completion
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders
• Lead contract administration, change orders, and procurement activities
• Drive project safety, quality, and financial performance

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
• Proven experience delivering commercial ground-up projects
• Strong knowledge of budgets, schedules, and project controls
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
