Description

• Manage commercial, multifamily, municipal, or education projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications
• Lead project teams to ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence
• Coordinate with superintendents, consultants, and ownership groups throughout delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Currently operating as a Project Manager for a General Contractor
• Experience delivering commercial, multifamily, municipal, or institutional projects
• Background with established commercial construction firms preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities
• Demonstrated employment stability, ideally with 3+ years at previous employers
