About The Role

This Project Manager role sits at the core of operations—owning 8–15 residential projects from pre-walk to final payment. It’s hands-on field leadership with real responsibility, direct impact on client experience, and strong earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage 8–15 residential painting projects across Tampa from pre-walk to final payment
• Run job sites: pre-walks, kickoffs, progress checks, and final walkthroughs
• Own communication between crews, clients, and office
• Control labor, materials, and timelines
• Solve problems early and keep jobs moving
• Deliver five-star outcomes and collect final payment

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing crews and multiple job sites (painting or trades preferred)
• Strong communicator who holds people accountable without friction
• Organized, tech-savvy, and solution-first
• Reliable vehicle, professional presence, and confidence with clients
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong advantage
