E-logic is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager / Task Lead to provide contract technical and management direction for a $5M+ law enforcement centric network infrastructure program. You will serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for planning, billing, and coordination with the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and IRS-CI staff, ensuring all project deliverables remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with mission goals. Travel may be required on a limited basis to provide onsite support at the locations identified: Florence, KY 41042, Memphis, TN 38118, Kearneysville, WV 25430 and Ogden, UT 84404.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a cross-functional contractor technical team to meet all delivery milestones.
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Deliver Weekly and Monthly Status Reports and lead regular project review meetings.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies within Jira to track and optimize team sprints.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen for this position.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Proven experience managing projects of similar scale and complexity (ideally $5M+ portfolios or law enforcement network environments).
- Strong competency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
