Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Technical to oversee and manage technical projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or risks that arise.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in technical or IT-related projects.
• Experience working with technology partners, transformation teams, vendors, or cross-functional delivery organizations.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Databricks, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CBAP, or similar project management, agile, or business analysis certification.
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting, portfolio governance, or demand management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay Range:$60hr - $62hr on w2 only

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
