  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather technical requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into executable project plans.
  • Research emerging property technology solutions, summarizing findings on feasibility, cost, and operational fit to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project decisions, configurations, and outcomes to support institutional knowledge and future scalability.
  • Ensure all technology deployments comply with company IT policies, data security standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, with a demonstrated track record of delivering technology or IT infrastructure projects on time and within scope.

  • Working knowledge of telecom systems, IT infrastructure, and/or property technology solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to identifying issues and driving solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
