An established commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of tenant improvement and commercial construction projects throughout the Tampa Bay area. Description
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from award through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
- Monitor project financial performance and proactively manage risks and project challenges.
- Lead client meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
- Proven experience delivering tenant improvement (TI) and interior renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and cost control.
- Experience managing a variety of commercial project types, including office, retail, industrial, or hospitality.
- Healthcare construction experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
