    Intelligence Federal is a fast-growing federal contracting company seeking an experienced Project Manager TITLE/REALTY to support a federal government agency.

    Position Summary

    The Project Manager oversees contract operations, supervises project staff, manages deliverables, and serves as the primary point of contact with government stakeholders. This role ensures project execution, quality control, compliance, reporting, and staff performance.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or equivalent leadership title.
    • Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience managing professional staff.
    • Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience in title, real estate acquisition, land management, rights-of-way, easements, or related real property services.
    • Experience managing federal government contracts or in the alternative, a large real estate or acquisition project.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.
    • Experience supporting legal, real estate, land acquisition, or title services contracts.
    • Knowledge of federal contracting and FAR regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage project personnel, schedules, and contract performance.
    • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.
    • Track deliverables, milestones, and project risks.
    • Prepare status reports and project documentation.
    • Coordinate with Government stakeholders and support continuous process improvement.
    • Oversee staffing, training, and performance management activities.

    SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL

    • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust Clearance.
    • Must be a US Citizen.
