Project Manager - Top 400 ENR Firm

The Project Manager will lead construction projects in the life sciences and manufacturing sectors, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion. This role is based in Devens and involves managing project timelines, budgets, and teams to achieve desired outcomes. Project will kick off in February 2027!

Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate and lead site meetings to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
