Project ManagerTop ENR-recognized commercial construction leader is seeking a Project Manager to join its expanding Charlotte team. With more than two decades in business, multiple offices across the East Coast and the South, and over $200M in annual construction volume, the company has established itself as a trusted partner for retail, banking, and specialty commercial clients.Job DescriptionManage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination effortsPrepare estimates and manage project financials to ensure successful project deliveryLead communication with clients, architects, engineers, and project stakeholdersOversee project documentation, contracts, change orders, and reportingEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budgetSupport field teams and collaborate closely with superintendents throughout constructionFoster strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunitiesManage predominantly ground-up and renovation commercial projects valued between $3M and $10MPlay a key role in supporting the company's continued growth throughout the Charlotte marketMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
