Project ManagerOur client, a well-established and growing General Contractor, is seeking a Project Manager to join their Charleston team. This is an urgent backfill hire supporting a strong pipeline of commercial and higher education work. The PM will work in-office, partnering closely with the VP of operations (reporting to one of our previous placements) and supporting projects across commercial offices, and higher education projects with typical project values up to $50M.Job DescriptionManage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.Identify and resolve any project-related issues or challenges promptly.Support the operations team in all administrative and operational tasks related to construction projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
