Job Description
The Project Manager - Top 200 ENR Multifamily Developer - Charlotte will be responsible for:
- Lead commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure project timelines and deadlines are consistently met
- Collaborate effectively with all members of the project team
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and positive feedback
- Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager - Top 200 ENR Multifamily Developer - Charlotte should have:
- Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience with a general contractor
- Proven track record managing ground-up education, healthcare, and/or commercial projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus
- Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, practices, and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Professional, business-minded approach with strong representation skills
- Local candidates preferred, though relocation will be considered
