The Project Manager - Top 200 ENR Multifamily Developer - Charlotte will be responsible for:

• Lead commercial construction projects from start to finish

• Ensure project timelines and deadlines are consistently met

• Collaborate effectively with all members of the project team

• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and positive feedback

• Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Profile

The Project Manager - Top 200 ENR Multifamily Developer - Charlotte should have:

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience with a general contractor

• Proven track record managing ground-up education, healthcare, and/or commercial projects

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

• Familiarity with project management software is a plus

• Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, practices, and processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Professional, business-minded approach with strong representation skills

• Local candidates preferred, though relocation will be considered

Job Offer

The Project Manager - Top 200 ENR Multifamily Developer - Charlotte will receive:

• Base salary commensurate with experience, approximately $100,000-$140,000

• Discretionary bonuses
