Client Details

  • My clients Phoenix office is out of Tempe - the office is 30+ people between Project Management, Precon/Estimating, Field, and Design Phase.
  • This office primarily works on large scale Commercial, Hospitality, and Education projects. They are also starting to dabble in some Healthcare as that is growing in Arizona.
  • The culture in this office is excellent, there is a ton of flexibility - they know you are a person with a life outside of being an employee (are always good with people leaving for kid pick ups, personal stuff after work, kids sports games, etc.)
  • My client is now a $10B company as a whole. Their 5-year plan is to double in size, in a healthy way. Their portfolio is 70% repeat business, and they are constantly saying no to extra work so their people don't get overloaded, they don't grow too quickly, and they can keep giving their clients top notch service. They don't care about being the biggest, they care about being the best.

  • Facilitate and ensure company safety program.
  • Create daily reports to submit to the Senior Project Manager or Prime Contractor.

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.

  • Must be proficient in reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors and clients.
