Manage large-scale Public Safety IT projects ensuring alignment with County objectives.
Track progress, identify issues and risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Oversee scope, schedule, budget, testing, and acceptance criteria.
Deliver executive-level communications and reports.
Facilitate meetings and coordinate deliverables across teams.
Requirements:
7+ years of Project Management experience leading large IT projects.
Experience in Public Safety systems (Police, Fire, 911, Corrections).
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Active PMP certification.
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
Previous government experience preferred.
Must pass a Police Department background check.
