Job Details

What You’ll Be Responsible For
· Manage HVAC & plumbing construction projects from start to finish
· Build and maintain project schedules
· Coordinate with builders, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams
· Review plans, specs, and contracts for accuracy
· Track job progress, budgets, and labor performance
· Conduct site visits to ensure quality and safety
· Work with estimating and operations to maintain job margins
· Act as the main point of contact between field teams and builders

· Projects completed on time and on budget
· Clear, proactive communication
· Well-coordinated jobs
· Strong alignment between field, office, and scheduling

What We’re Looking For
· Experience in construction project management (HVAC/plumbing preferred)
· Strong scheduling and coordination skills
· Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
· Solid understanding of budgets, job costing, and project flow
· Ability to manage multiple projects at once
· Strong communication with both field teams and clients
· Experience with construction software (ServiceTitan is a plus)
