Project Manager - Commercial Construction
The Project Manager will report to senior operational leadership and be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects throughout East Texas.
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and client relationships
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure efficient project execution and schedule adherence
- Lead procurement, contract administration, change management, and risk mitigation activities
- Maintain strong communication with owners, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget expectations
- Support business growth through exceptional client service and repeat business opportunities

For the Project Manager - Commercial Construction we are seeking:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
- Experience managing mixed commercial construction projects is required
- Light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or tilt-wall construction experience preferred
- Proven experience delivering projects valued between approximately $5M and $30M+
- Strong understanding of project financial management, scheduling, and contract administration
- Experience working collaboratively with field operations and Superintendents
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Stable career history with a demonstrated commitment to professional growth
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
