Job Details
- 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably within heavy civil or underground utility construction.
- Experience managing underground utility, water, wastewater, sewer, pipeline, or similar infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project financials, including budgets, cost forecasting, cost control, change orders, and profitability.
- Experience developing and maintaining project schedules and coordinating project activities from start to finish.
- Ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, engineers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
- Experience with underground utility construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to lead project meetings and maintain strong relationships with owners and clients.
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar construction technology is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent construction experience will be considered.
- OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel based on project requirements.
