Their portfolio is made up of diverse public and private work in the commercial, education, and infrastructure markets and they have experienced strong growth, as they have more than doubled in size over the last 3 years.Job DescriptionPlan, execute, and monitor all phases of the construction project life-cycle, including design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure project milestones are achieved. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, financial analysis, and risk assessments, to stakeholders and senior management. Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities. Ability to run projects from handoff from estimator to completion. Experience on non-residential construction projects valued at $1M+. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ambition to grow alongside the company.What's on Offer$120,000 to $150,000 base salary dependent on experience. 401(k) with company match. $500/month car allowance + gas card. 3-4 Weeks PTO (Negotiable) + holidays.
