Project Manager - Utilities

Salary Range: $135K - $145K with Benefits (Epik Solutions)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Expert Level) to support strategic Quality Management initiatives for our Utility client. The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership with program-level thinking, a metric-driven approach, and the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects supporting Quality Management initiatives.
- Drive project execution using defined KPIs, metrics, and measurable business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
- Monitor project health through key performance metrics and proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, operations, GIS, data engineering and vendor teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide executive-level status reporting and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance, and delivery best practices.
- Support the continued growth and maturity of Asset Management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT Project or Program Management experience.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Metrics-driven mindset with experience defining, data tracking, and reporting project KPIs and success metrics.
- Program-level thinking with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Utility industry experience
- Quality Management t projects.
- Transmission and Distribution initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with GIS teams.
- Enterprise data or analytics projects.
- PMP certification preferred.
