Project Manager Operations
Bethesda, MD
Pay From: $38 Per hour
MUST:
3+ years of recent experience as a Project Manager handling operational and admininistrative support
PMP preferred
Experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare space -health education, public health, nursing or medical field
Experience utilizing online project management portals and project management tools
Strong writing skills
Creating and monitoring budgets and time lines
Experience producing reports and spread sheets utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's Degree
DUTIES:
The duties of the Project Manager include but are not limited to the following:
Provide project management, operational, and administrative support
Lead and coordinate projects from planning through implementation
Oversee project planning, timelines, budgets, documentation, and deliverables
Oversee grant deliverables.
Develop project plans, timelines, responsibilities, budgets, and deliverables
Monitor project progress and recommend adjustments as needed
Ensure projects adhere to approved scope, production timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
Coordinate contractual agreements, copyright permissions, and other related administrative processes
Schedule and coordinates meetings, preparing agendas and materials
Work with internal and external stakeholders, subject matter experts, consultants, grant partners, and vendors and respond to in writing and verbally
Handle project learning reviews
Develop and maintain budgets and track project expenses, commitments, payments, and variances.
Support project monitoring, budgets, expense reporting, grant reporting and create related reports
Support marketing efforts for projects and work with the marketing team
