Project Manager - Water, Fire & Storm Damage Restoration

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our restoration team in Eugene. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing restoration projects involving water, fire, and storm damage, with strong knowledge of Xactimate estimating software. This role requires exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage restoration projects from initial inspection through completion.
• Perform accurate estimates using Xactimate for property loss claims.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead and mentor field staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Proactively address issues, delays, or client concerns to keep projects on track.
• Represent Ehlers professionally as the main point of contact throughout the restoration process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in water, fire, and storm damage restoration project management.
• Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software (required).
• Strong knowledge of property loss claims restoration processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
