As a Project Manager, lead the successful delivery of complex, high-impact projects from initiation through implementation. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive execution, manage risks, and deliver results that align with business objectives.
What You'll Work On
- Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to final implementation and closeout.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business needs.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and status reports.
- Facilitate project team meetings and provide ongoing project tracking, monitoring, and analysis.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate and manage vendor activities, including tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.
- Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team members and stakeholders.
- Recommend solutions to complex business and operational challenges and drive corrective actions when needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on specific technologies, processes, or project management methodologies as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of project management, program management, or related experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing project plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.
- Experience managing project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credential.
- Experience managing complex, enterprise-wide projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and third-party partners.
- Knowledge of technology implementations, systems integrations, or business transformation initiatives.
- Ability to serve as a subject matter expert within a specialized technical or functional area.
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
