Job Details
Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to completion
Oversee project budgets, schedules, quality control, and safety
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Negotiate contracts and secure necessary permits
Lead and supervise project teams including superintendents, engineers, and foremen
Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and contract specifications
Prepare and review project documentation like RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Conduct regular project status meetings and site visits
