Project Manager Wealth Management (AI Focus)

Location: Hamilton, NJ (Onsite 4 days/week)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Wealth Management to lead strategic initiatives across business and technology teams. This role will play a key part in driving AI-enabled programs, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and delivering high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across wealth management initiatives, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met
  • Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional groups to drive execution
  • Manage AI-related initiatives, including implementation, integration, or process optimization using AI/ML capabilities
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, including senior leadership updates, risk tracking, and decision-making support
  • Define project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactively
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery
  • Drive adoption and change management across impacted teams

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

  • 8 12+ years of Project Management experience
  • Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Asset Management
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, including business and technology teams
  • Recent, hands-on experience working on AI / Machine Learning initiatives (e.g., automation, data-driven insights, GenAI use cases)
  • Experience delivering projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Experience working in high-end wealth or UHNW client environments

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience with client onboarding, portfolio management, advisor platforms, or CRM systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools/platforms (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, GenAI applications)
