Core Responsibilities
Production Management: Direct daily manufacturing workflows to achieve output goals, adjusting schedules based on demand or equipment issues. [1, 2, 3]
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.G., Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to minimize operational costs. [1, 2]
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate manufacturing personnel while maintaining a strong safety culture and enforcing compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations. [1, 2]
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Supply Chain Management, maintenance, quality assurance, and engineering teams to ensure seamless product delivery. [1, 2]
Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to report on productivity, quality defects, and financial metrics. [1, 2]
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, reporting program status, risks, and financial health to executive management and client
Education: Bachelor s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing
