Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Banking and Financial Services to lead cross-functional technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, business analysis, and coordinating global teams to successfully deliver complex enterprise programs.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading cross-functional technology projects in large enterprise environments.
• Strong experience working with client-facing teams, implementation projects, and product management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects and programs from planning through successful delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and define business and technical requirements.
• Drive process improvements by leveraging historical data and best practices.
• Provide regular project status updates to sponsors, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with business, technology, and cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore resources to ensure timely execution.
• Identify, manage, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for project and operational challenges.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and executive communications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and complex financial systems.
• Knowledge of service management processes, support models, and severity management.
• Experience managing enterprise technology implementations.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
