- (Law enforcement preferred)
- P25 Digital Radio Systems Phase I and Phase II Standards
- APX, XTS and XTL 2500/1500 Mobile and Handheld Radio Subscribers Fleetmapping, Configuring,
- Codeplugs and Programming Parameters
- MCC 7500 and Dispatch Consoles Trunking and Conventional Systems
- Microwave Radio
- ISSI
- Reading and Evaluating Radio Coverage Maps
- ADP and AES Encryption
- FDMA/TDMA Modulation Schemes
- Knowledge of FCC regulations, compliance, licensing and construction requirements
- Supervisor over radio consultants and other County employees
- C, C++, Java, ASP.NET integration software for APIs integration into: NCPD NICE Logging and
- Recording Systems, CAD, GIS/CC AWARE and AMS
- OTAP, OTAR, Radio Authentication
- Radio Core, DSR, Radio Central, Provisioning Manger
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
