We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of an SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) / Agent Performance Management (APM) project, part of the SAP SuccessFactors portfolio.
8+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
3+ years of experience managing SAP implementation projects.
Experience leading SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) or Agent Performance Management (APM) projects is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Experience managing distributed and remote project teams.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
