Job Description
Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience in enterprise IT project management and program delivery.
- Proficiency in Project Management Professional (PMP) methodologies and standard PMI frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise IT systems spanning cloud computing, infrastructure, software, and networking.
- Experience in leading organizational Agile transformations, sprint planning, and Scrum ceremonies.
- Experience with full-lifecycle delivery across discovery, design, development, QA, and deployment phases.
- Experience in financial governance including project budgeting, SOW creation, and procurement tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end IT project delivery across all lifecycle phases from discovery through final closeout.
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans, critical path schedules, and milestone dependencies.
- Facilitate project kickoff alignments and build RACI frameworks to establish clear stakeholder ownership.
- Track project financial allocations, vendor contracts, statement of work commitments, and procurement orders.
- Monitor project performance metrics, eliminate technical blockers, and deliver status reports to leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery efforts across software engineers, cloud architects, and external vendors.
- Mentor internal engineering teams on Agile delivery practices and continuous process improvement standards.
