JOB TITLE: Project Operations Analyst
JOB TYPE: Contract
LOCATION: King of Prussia, PA — hybrid, onsite 1–2 days per week
START DATE: September/October 2026
SHIFT: Monday–Friday, first shift
 
We are seeking a Project Operations Analyst to provide analytical, financial, and administrative support for complex projects. This individual will coordinate information across multiple teams, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and help ensure that requests and documentation move through established workflows efficiently.
 
Responsibilities
  • Support project teams with analysis, status tracking, financial coordination, and document control.
  • Process requests, agreements, contracts, and related materials within established deadlines.
  • Coordinate with finance and other internal groups to verify funding, payment, and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project records, databases, files, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare reports using operational, financial, project, and customer data.
  • Respond to stakeholder questions and explain established processes, requirements, and next steps.
  • Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and information across technical and business teams.
  • Prepare purchase requests, payment documentation, and other internal financial materials.
  • Assist with the administration and continuous improvement of departmental systems and workflows.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • At least five years of experience in analysis, project coordination, operational support, or a comparable function.
  • Experience managing project documentation, financial information, reporting, and cross-functional activities.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Background evaluating both numerical and nonnumerical information and translating findings into clear reports.
  • Experience maintaining contracts, agreements, databases, financial records, and other detailed business documentation.
  • Experience communicating with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding procedures, deadlines, and requirements.
