Key Responsibilities:
- Support project managers by developing, monitoring, and maintaining detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with key milestones.
- Track project performance using earned value management, schedule variance analysis, and progress reporting.
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive master schedule integrating engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
- Define and manage project budgets, work breakdown structures, and cost coding while evaluating schedule impacts due to changes.
- Provide accurate staffing forecasts and ensure projects stay on track with up-to-date scheduling insights.
- Prepare detailed reports on man-hours, costs, physical progress, and project forecasts, delivering key insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain accuracy in invoices, historical data, and project documentation for compliance and performance tracking.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in project scheduling, planning, and reporting
- Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
- Strong understanding of cost control, earned value management, and performance analysis.
