Job Overview:
The Project Planning Analyst will play a critical role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Analyze project data to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure resource allocation and task prioritization.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for project reviews and decision-making.
- Support the development and implementation of project management tools and processes.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and analysis.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $25 - 30/hr
