- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience including project management, portfolio management, strategic planning, and KPI development reporting
- Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with project and portfolio management processes and tools
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionality and influence outcomes in a matrixed environment
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)
- 5 years of experience in project portfolio management
- Project and Portfolio Management tool experience
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and GxP
- Experience with SAP financial modules
- PMP certification
Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)
- Responsible for the BComFi BTS Portfolio and alignment of Strategic Management Plans
- Accountable for the successful execution/delivery of the portfolio programs and projects by coordinating multi-discipline cross-functional teams
- Ensure effective and consistent intake management processes
- Support long-range planning (LRP) and capital planning activities for the BComFi BTS organization
- Maintain a balanced scorecard to illustrate and monitor performance through relevant KPIs
